Job Responsibilities:
Plans and coordinates project scheduling, project reporting, maintains databases, and performs complex EVMS tasks associated with program and business operations. Perform cost and schedule control activities on the GDIT portion of the IWN program. Responsibilities include:

Development and maintenance of integrated program schedules utilizing MS Project

Implementation and maintenance of the program's Earned Value Performance Measurement Baseline, utilizing earned value tools similar to MPM or COBRA

Perform analysis and provide feedback to program team on trends and impact of earned value performance

Participate in the program reporting cycle, including formal customer reporting as well as management reviews of program Controls data

Support IWN task order proposals as required, including leadership of the integrated schedule process

Utilize wInsight for presentation of data to program decision makers

Participate with overall PMO program controls team to ensure program commitments are met.
Required Education:
Specific knowledge and familiarity with the following tools desired: COBRA, MPM, MS Project, ProjectView, wInsight,as well as Microsoft Office tool suite. 3-10 years of experience in program controls or related discipline required.
Required Work Experience:
Requires 5-8 years experience.

The Business Analyst will support the design, development, testing, implementation, and management of client program deliverables from inception to implementation. Assistance will be provided in the development of project/program timelines and schedules, preparation of progress/status reports, and monitoring of deliverable schedules.
